Cristian Dinu's practice is particularly focused on dispute resolution. His expertise encompasses a considerable array of disputes involving central and local public administration entities, which are underpinned by his current Phd studies in administrative law. Cristian is also praised for his expertise in litigious matters regarding insolvency procedures (including reorganization procedures and bankruptcy). In the field of commercial litigation Cristian has represented clients before all degrees of Romanian court jurisdiction, as well as before arbitration tribunals, in complex and challenging commercial disputes.

His litigator skills go hand in hand with Cristian's intimate knowledge of alternative dispute resolution, who have allowed him on numerous occasions to circumvent litigation and obtain successful out-of-court settlements for his clients. Moreover, as former legal counsel with the Romanian Parliament, Cristian has acquired valuable insights of the legislative process, which allow him to successfully handle highly specialized matters.
