Mariana Tudor is particularly qualified in real estate & construction, having been involved in major projects developed in Romania as regards complex due diligence enquiries, intricate agreements and strategic assistance on the general development of the projects. She is also experienced in employment matters, having advised a large number of clients with regard to collective and individual labour agreements, internal policies, individual and collective dismissals and transfer of undertakings related matters. Other significant area of her practice is energy & natural resources, in respect of which she advises on real estate acquisitions for energy projects, development and permitting procedures, environmental aspects, project operation, as well as the sale and purchase of projects at various development stages.

In addition, she specializes in public procurement, concession and PPP, frequently advising both public administrations and private clients on various stages of the procedures for the awarding of related contracts, day-to-day performance of the same as well as amendment and termination of the relevant contractual relationships.
