Mihai Pantea is a member of the Romanian Chamber of Tax Advisors with more than 10 years of experience in tax and accounting fields gained in the accounting department of several companies operating in various industries and sectors (e.g. metallurgy, transportation, tourism, real-estate, energy production, etc.), as well as in one professional accounting firm.

Mihai is currently student of one of the most reputable global body for professional accountants - Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting at Oxford Brookes University – where he improves his financial and management accounting skills by studying Accountancy in Business, Management Accounting and Financial Accounting – all to offer the complete skillset required of a finance professional working with local and foreign investors.

He has been involved in tax compliance and advisory services rendered to various clients, in the benefit of which he has prepared financial & tax due diligence reports for investment projects in Romania, has provided financial reports to management by researching and analysing the accounting data, has reconciled financial discrepancies in the accountancy records, has prepared balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other related accounts administration reports, has recommended financial actions by analysing accounting and taxation options, has advised management on needed actions for enforcing adherence to legal requirements and/or avoiding of double taxation.
